Resuming Life : Starting Again From Where We Left It

What could be the most fertile place in this earth , Amazon's rain forests, Ganges delta or something else? It is the "human mind" where thousands of ideas are born, hundreds of  habits cultivate, and millions of feelings are fostered everyday. But how many of us really realize this ?

Everyday we waste our fertile mind in cultivating weeds of criticism, self-pity, egoist opinions, and self praise. We waste our time and energy in impressing someone who doesn't even cares what we are doing in our life, how are we living it, or even whether we are happy with it or not. We spend our time in watching same movies time and again, gossiping about same trivial issues that are not going to make any difference to our lives, and finding faults in people and their work without noticing that we have the same faults in ourselves. Every time we fail in our goals, every time we lose something precious due to our fault, every time we cry or regret over something we decide to change, to improve ourselves and to grow up. But after some time we forget every thing and continue doing the same things that caused failures in the first place.

He got up late and said "I couldn't sleep all night"
He skipped his breakfast and said "I will be late for work"
It gave him a headache and he said at work " It is because I didn't have my breakfast"
He couldn't finish his work and said "This headache is killing me"
He returned home frustrated and said "I need to finish my pending office work"
But he didn't work and watched a movie late night saying "I need to relax"
And he got up late again the next morning.....
What a life!

This is how we all live one time or the other. Sleep late, procrastinate, study on last night before exam, postponing things till the ninth hour, deferring work as much as we can and so on. We will never go to a hospital that arranges for surgeons and nurses at the last moment, we will never go to an advocate that reads details of our case just before coming to the court, and we will not like getting enrolled in a university that gets answer sheets checked just a day before declaration of result. It means we don't like our life to be in the hands of careless people but still we our self take our life and career so casually. Why? Why is it that we keep thinking about the guy or girl we hardly know just because he or she gave us a compliment or passed a comment. Why is it that gossiping about someone or a movie or a TV program becomes interesting a day before exams or an important day? Why we always say that we will improve next time but never do?Why do we get busy doing unproductive things on social networking sites or internet when we are supposed to do something important and constructive? Because we lack discipline, we lack will power, we are slaves to our habits and chained by inertia, forgetting that we have the most powerful tool to turn our life into a legend.. our mind.

Our mind is the most powerful tool, our will is the driving force and our character is the guide  that can help us break the shackles of inertia and release the energy we have, to tap the unlimited potential of our ideas and actions. The only thing that matters is how serious we are about life. It never matters what you have done with your life so far but what is important is what you are doing with it today.
"It doesn't matter when you start, what matters is when do you decide to end, to stop. In the end, people will remember you for what you were at highest point of your life not as what you were before that."

So find a goal you are serious about, give your hundred percent effort to achieve your goal and learn to ignore things that wont matter in the long term, whether it be Facebook, Twitter, TV serials or a cricket match. Yes, recreation is important but it is not more important than your goal. Realize this, make a plan, follow it religiously and sooner or later things will fall in place. Pledge to take your life seriously..

" No matter how deep the sadness or wide the pain,
I vow to live, for a brighter day will come again.
No matter how many mistakes I’ve made in the past,
I vow to live and in the future avoid them, surefooted and fast.
No matter how many tragedies beyond my control take place,
I vow to live and stay my course within this race.
No matter how poor or rich I may ever be,
I vow to live and aspire to search for the dignity in simplicity.
No matter how much a lover may pierce the inner core of my heart,
I vow to live for like spring, I’ll get a new start.
No matter how isolated and alone I may feel,
I vow to live and do something for someone else to heal.
No matter how hopeless my situation my appear,
I vow to live and reflect until my viewpoint is clear.
No matter what happens in this life – good or bad
I vow to live, do my best, and just for living – be glad. "

Enough playing with life, lets make it successful now, everyone of us has the potential to be successful, lets have the courage, discipline and belief and start trying from today for tomorrow.
One Life, Lets give our best, Success awaits us..
